The classic FAST paper by SIBARIST, made in Barcelona, Spain. This paper is extremely fast flowing and consistent, bringing out super vibrant acidity in the cup and a very clean profile. They are made in the EU from the best paper stock in the industry and therefore do not come cheap - but they are truly special. We have worked with SIBARIST to create a perfect-fit paper for the V4 brewer. It comes with creases so you can hand-fold the paper without using any tool - or you can use them together with the Negotiator tool as any flat paper too.
